Where is your physical office?
I am based in the city centre of Glasgow (G1) in St. Enoch Sq. After our consultation, I will send you detailed instructions on how to find the therapy space.

How do your concessionary rates work?
Concession rates structured around a questionnaire that broadly falls into three categories A, B, and C. The lowest rate offered being £35 per session. We discuss this in our consultation call. We discuss what the options are, what budget you may be working with, and any other factors that may be relevant to suit your needs.

How often is therapy?
I offer flexibility. Weekly sessions are often recommended as therapy begins, but it usually dependant on the client and what they bring. It is possible to adapt a move to fortnightly sessions, but it is openly discussed in session. Alternatively, if we start as fortnightly, and you want to switch to weekly, that can be arranged as well. For academic support, I recommend fortnightly or monthly meetings

Always. I encourage open line of communication. If you have a question, ask and I will give my best answer.

I want to talk about something that I haven't before, but I don't know how?
Therapy is first and foremost a safe space. You can take all the time you need when discussing things that are important to you. I will not rush you. Sometimes when we talk about things for the first time, it may feel difficult. I will simply listen, without judgment and with open ears.
